Before this, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Altai Territory reported that in Altai, on his day off, a fireman saved a three-year-old child, his mother, and his grandmother from the fire. Vitaly Popov was at his home when he heard screams about a fire. Running out into the street, the man saw the burning house of his neighbor and went there to turn off the electricity.
