Türkiye intends to organize an international meeting on resolving the Ukrainian conflict in October. Bloomberg reports this, citing sources.
It is alleged that national security advisers from several countries, including American Jake Sullivan, will come to Turkey for consultations on the issue of Ukraine. Sources noted that the Russian side was not invited to this meeting, and the participation of Chinese representatives at the conference is in question.
The main topic of discussion will be the peace plan proposed by Vladimir Zelensky, as well as the possibility of organizing a global meeting in Kyiv to discuss it. The conference in Istanbul could be the third – the first two were held in Denmark and Saudi Arabia in June and August, respectively.
