Two events that unfortunately will give a lot to talk about, here for my friends in the press, and in which I will risk a good part of the Government’s existence, called us to urgent meetings this morning,” Petro mentioned at the beginning of his speech.

The head of state reiterated that it was not an excuse to cancel the ceremony, despite the discomfort of the family members. “You’ll see what that meant. “This is not the time to talk about it.”added the president, who granted eight days of rest to the 13,373 promoted uniformed personnel, according to him, so that they could enjoy a very happy day with their families.
