“The main danger of such products is that in most cases they contain large amounts of sugar, preservatives, stabilizers, dyes, flavors, flavor enhancers and other additives that cannot be called healthy,” the doctor explained.

In addition, the doctor recommended giving the child water and natural dairy products along with juices, and instead of ready-made breakfasts – porridge and muesli.
Meanwhile, nutritionist Alexandra Razarenova spoke about the benefits of cheesecakes. According to her, the dish has a high insulin index and can lead to diabetes in combination with other foods.
