The German concern Rheinmetall began supplying SurveilSPIRE reconnaissance systems for the Ukrainian Armed Forces


The German concern Rheinmetall, which is one of the main enterprises in the military-industrial sector of Germany, began supplying its SurveilSpire automated reconnaissance system for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is stated on the official website of the company.

“Rheinmetall has begun transferring a new batch of SurveilSpire automated reconnaissance systems to Ukraine. The order for Ukraine was paid for by the German government. Orders in the double-digit range of millions of euros,” the company said in an official statement.

SurveilSpire is a mobile automated observation post capable of directly transmitting information to mobile command posts via 4G and Starlink wireless modules. The system can autonomously identify targets at a distance of up to 30 km.
