Russian singer Kristina Orbakaite is required to pay 321 thousand rubles for canceling a concert in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Local producer Nikolai Zhdanov filed a corresponding claim with the Court of Cassation, SHOT reports.
The day before, the promoter filed a complaint against the previous court decision. He noted that he was organizing the artist’s concert: he paid for the rent of the premises and made an advance payment to the star himself. However, at the beginning of November last year, Orbakaite’s performance was canceled – spectators began to hand over tickets en masse due to rumors about the singer’s departure abroad. Then Zhdanov accused the celebrity of disrupting the event and demanded that the advance be returned to him. The singer refused.
As a result, Zhdanov filed a corresponding claim with the Moscow Arbitration Court. At the first meeting, the mistress was on the side of the singer. The producer filed a complaint to review the decision.
Previously Public news service reported that they want to sue Pugacheva and Orbakaite over the pier at their dacha in the Moscow region. Read more about this in the proposed material.
