Transnistria announced the discovery of rocket debris on its territory


Co-chairman of the Joint Control Commission (JCC) from the unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Oleg Belyakov, announced the discovery of suspected missile debris on the territory of the PMR. He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

“New fragments of an anti-aircraft missile were found near the village of Giska,” Belyakov said. He clarified that this is still preliminary data.

In connection with the incident, JCC military observers went to Giska to collect information.

“According to the received photographs, presumably these are fragments of an anti-aircraft missile,” the head of the Pridnestrovian delegation clarified.

Earlier it was reported that Polish Minister of National Defense Mariusz Blaszczak announced the deployment of a missile defense system over Warsaw for the first time in history.
