A resident of the Shatsk district is accused of killing a 61-year-old woman with a knife and injuring a friend
The criminal case of murder (under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and intentional infliction of minor bodily harm (clause “c” of part 2 of article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was completed by the Sasovo Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Ryazan Region.
Investigators found that on the night of September 3-4 in the village of Kazachya Sloboda, on Sovetskaya Street, a drunk 21-year-old resident of Kazachya Sloboda quarreled on domestic grounds with a 61-year-old fellow villager. During an argument, he stabbed the woman 40 times. She died on the spot from her injuries.
In addition, in June, a young man threatened to kill and stabbed an acquaintance with whom he was drinking alcohol.
The investigation has collected sufficient evidence. The criminal case with the indictment was sent to court.
