Against Ksenia Sobchak filed a lawsuit in the Khamovniki court for 3 million due to non-payment for the installation of fireplaces

A strange story: Sobchak made an advance payment for the work, but allegedly did not pay the remaining amount.

It is known that entrepreneur Elena Lyakisheva filed a lawsuit with the Khamovniki Court of Moscow. This is confirmed by the case card on the website of the Moscow City Court, writes RBC.

The lawsuit is about three fireplaces. “According to the contract, it was necessary to install, adjust and put into operation a fireplace on the veranda, in the bedroom and living room. Sobchak made an advance payment, after which the work was completed, but the rest of the amount was not transferred, ” write “Izvestia” with reference to the press service of the court. Including penalties, the amount of debt is a little more than 3 million rubles.

In a conversation with the Shot telegram channel, Elena Lyakisheva herself, who filed a lawsuit, toldthat the work was carried out in the country house of the journalist in the cottage village “Gorki-8”. According to Lyakisheva, the work has been completed, but neither Sobchak nor her assistants answer the phone and send the remaining amount.

In this very house at the end of October, a search was carried out as part of a criminal case initiated against the commercial director of Sobchak Kirill Sukhanov and the former editor-in-chief of Tatler Arian Romanovsky. They were accused of extorting 11 million rubles from the head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov. Later, the journalist Tamerlan Bigaev also became a defendant in this case. Sobchak herself left for Lithuania for a while, and after returning to Russia apologized before Chemezov for his colleagues. Now Sukhanov, and Romanovsky, and Bigaev are still in jail. In the case of extortion, law enforcement officers have no claims against Sobchak.
