On October 16, the continuation of the adventurous comedy with Vladimir Sychev and Maxim Lagashkin “Poor Oligarch” produced by the Andreasyan Brothers Film Company will be released on the TNT channel. In the second season, businessman Viktor Gnida, who has suddenly lost his fortune, and his faithful butler Adam will find themselves behind bars. Fighting local gangs, endless escape attempts and an open war with the warden – the poor oligarch faces new difficulties on the way to returning to his past life.

In the finale of the first season, oligarch Viktor Gnida and his butler Adam managed to solve the problem of sanctions and prepared an escape route to Russia. At least that’s what they thought. However, the cunning plan to “transfer all property to the butler” could not pass by the British authorities. Therefore, the main characters cannot easily fly away from London: their helicopter is surrounded by English special forces, who detain Victor and Adam to put them behind bars.

In prison, a whole world awaits the poor oligarch and his butler, extremely hostile towards newcomers. The warden strictly respects the letter of the law, the Russian warden Dmitry dreams of giving his compatriot a “sweet life,” and a bunch of local gangs are not going to let newcomers in. However, the Russian oligarch will not disappear anywhere, even in prison. After all, on the other side of the bars he is attracted by the smell of freedom, his native mansion and a lot of money.

In the second season, Vladimir Sychev, Maxim Lagashkin and Karen Arutyunov will return to their roles. In addition, viewers can expect the appearance of new bright characters: the Russophobic warden Dmitry in the person of Timur Batrutdinov, prisoners of the London colony, chubby Yuri (Dmitry Krasilov), wild Makhmud (Roman Yunusov), assistant to the leader of the Chinese gang Chan (Roman Khan), young lawyer Olga ( Yanina Studilina) and many others.

One of the roles in the series was played by Svetlana Stepankovskaya. The actress was born in Krasnodar. In high school she studied at the Lyceum at the Krasnodar Institute of Culture. In 2008 she won the Miss Krasnodar beauty contest. In 2009, she became first vice-miss at the Miss Russia beauty contest. Since 2011, he has been acting in films, making his debut in the popular comedy sitcom “Univer. New dorm.”

The director of the first season, Hayk Asatryan, remains in the director’s chair for the continuation of the series. Script writers: Leonid, Margolin, Gayk Asatryan, Karen Arutyunov, Nikolay Shcherbakov. Producers of the project: Sarik and Gevond Andreasyan, Tina Kandelaki, Arkady Vodakhov, Boris Khanchalyan and Marina Razumova.

Svetlana Stepankovskaya, actress: “In the second season of the series there is simply a crazy cast: Sychev, Lagashkin, Batrutdinov. A cool scenario in which everyone was placed in such circumstances that simply cannot help but be funny. The director came up with interesting, crazy moves. On the set we laughed non-stop.” In the series I play the prison warden, Miss Javelin. There is nothing in common between me and my heroine. She is an unemotional woman with a steely character. I am much more cheerful, empathetic, kind. I built an image from my inner understandings and feelings of what such a guard should look like. But don’t forget that this is a comedy. I wanted to create a strict, strong, iron lady. You’ll see how it turned out soon. On the set I felt complete happiness, because it was a lot of fun, we were all joking, taking care of each other. Every time we met, we came up with some funny videos. We all became friends. I didn’t come to work, I came to see friends.

I rarely visit my homeland, Krasnodar, now. Apart from my family, nothing else connects me with the city, but I love it very much. Not so long ago, when I was in Krasnodar, I visited Krasnodar Park and would like to express my deep gratitude to Sergei Nikolaevich Galitsky for giving our city such beauty that is not found in any country in the world. This is one of the best parks I’ve seen, and it’s in my hometown! My favorite place in the city is, of course, my home, where my family lives. This is the best place for me!”
