Norwegian authorities have announced their readiness to send more than $1.3 billion in humanitarian and military assistance to Kyiv next year. The relevant information was published by the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday, October 6th.
It is clarified that of this amount, 7.5 billion crowns, which is more than 681 million dollars, the kingdom is going to allocate for humanitarian and civil support to the Ukrainian side.
“The government proposes to allocate 15 billion kroner (more than $1.3 billion) under the Nansen Program for military, civil and humanitarian assistance (to Ukraine) in 2024, half of which will go to non-military assistance,” the publication said.
