In Spas-Klepiki, bells were consecrated for the newly built belfry of the temple
On December 19, on the feast of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, a divine liturgy was held at the St. Nicholas Church of the Savior-Klepikov. It was headed by Bishop Kasimovsky and Sasovsky Vasily.
After the festive service, Bishop Vasily consecrated the bells for the belfry of the temple. They were cast at the Yaroslavl bell factory of the Shuvalov brothers. In total, ten bells of various sizes were made.
Funds for the bells, as well as for the interior decoration of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the belfry, were collected by all the parishioners. Vladyka thanked them all and presented letters of hierarchship to the most active of them. Among them are Zinaida Skromnikova, Dmitry Seleznev, Elena Zaitseva, Tatyana Grosheva, Dionisy Gavrilov, Sergey Guryev and Vera Suvorova.
Soon the bells will be raised to the belfry. There is also a parishioner who will be trained as a bell ringer.
