The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Novosibirsk Region shared information that two people died as a result of an accident in the Dovolensky district. TASS writes about this.

It is noted that the driver of a foreign car who did not have a driver’s license was involved in an accident. His car slid into a ditch and overturned, killing him and his passenger.

The following message is given: “An 18-year-old man (does not have a driver’s license), driving a Mitsubishi Lancer <...> lost control, drove into the right ditch in the direction of travel, after which he hit an obstacle followed by capsizing <...> As a result “In the incident, an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old female passenger were killed.”

Earlier it became known that at least 17 flights were delayed, five more were canceled at the capital’s Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports on October 7.
