Little Novomichurinsk residents will be awarded for victories in an unusual competition
At the Ryazan State District Power Plant, the results of the “Dress the Christmas Tree” contest were summed up.
Head of the organizational department Svetlana Ilyicheva:
“It was necessary to take an ordinary electric light bulb and turn it into a Christmas tree toy. And our little contestants – of course, with the help of their parents, which is not forbidden by the conditions, coped with this task. And the other day the competition commission named the winners.
In two nominations – “New Year’s light bulb” and “New Year’s light bulb plus a burning toy” – the winners were: 8-year-old Lev Pirogov, 4-year-old Ulyana Nosova; 5-year-old Matvey Kryndushkin; 7-year-old Sasha Sumin, 10-year-old Volodya Shishlyannikov and 6-year-old Elena Sivodedova.
There were 77 crafts in total. And each “dressed up” light bulb found a place on the Christmas tree in the reception room of the station director Eduard Surnin. On December 27, all the little contestants are expected at the Ryazan State District Power Plant. At the New Year tree they will be celebrated with prizes and diplomas.
“And the children will certainly be interested to know where their mom and dad work,” notes Svetlana Evgenievna. “And someone might be interested in the wonderful profession of a power engineer.”
