New Year’s Fair in the Ryazan Trade Town will open on December 20
On Monday, December 19, Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Shvakova visited Torgovy Gorodok. Here, on December 20, the New Year’s Fair of Ryazan commodity producers and artisans will begin its work.
Now decorated fair houses have already been installed on the territory of the Trade Town. Starting tomorrow, Ryazan residents and guests of the regional center will be able to purchase products from more than 20 Ryazan producers here. First of all, products for the New Year’s table. These are cheeses, sausages, poultry meat, fish, pickles, vegetables, bread, milk, cottage cheese, honey and sweets.
Ryazan artisans will present toys, dolls, souvenirs and other gifts for the holiday.
Yulia Shvakova, together with the heads of the Ministry of Economic Development of the region and the ARB, toured the territory and discussed a number of organizational issues.
“By order of the governor, the Trade Town is opened for visiting. The New Year’s Fair will be the first large-scale event since its reconstruction. Tomorrow, together with the people of Ryazan, we will breathe new life into this unique place. The organizers tried to create a festive mood here. The territory will be decorated with fir trees. There will be a photo zone and food courts, a concert program has been organized,” the deputy chairman said.
