Sevilla player Federico Gattoni leaves on loan to Anderlecht until the end of the season

Sevilla FC and RSC Anderlecht reached an agreement this Tuesday for the loan, without a purchase option, of the Argentine centre-back Federico Gattoni to the Belgian team until the end of this season. “The Argentine, who signed for Sevilla FC last February, and who joined the Nervionense discipline in this 2023/24 campaign, has played two Copa del Rey matches, in which he scored a goal against Atlético Astorga, and has participated in two other LaLiga EA Sports matches,” the Seville club indicated on its website. The same press release highlighted that Anderlecht is second in the Jupiler Pro League (Belgian First Division), with 44 points, eight behind the leader Union St. Gilloise. However, Anderlecht must repeat a duel against Genk, corresponding to matchday 19, due to several errors in the video referee (VAR) system.
