Representatives of 52 schools in the Ryazan region received the keys to new buses
The park of school buses was replenished with new cars. At the expense of the federal budget, the region received 52 buses. These are 35 PAZ buses with a capacity of 22 to 29 people and 20 GAZ vehicles with a capacity of 16 people. The buses meet all the requirements of GOST, are equipped with GLONASS systems and tachographs. The keys were handed over to representatives of the municipalities by the Vice-Governor of the Ryazan Region Artem Branov.
The head of the region, Pavel Malkov, noted that during his working trips to the districts of the region, residents repeatedly asked for help with updating school transport.
“Children should not only study in comfortable conditions, but also get to school safely,” said Governor Pavel Malkov. – And here is the result – today 52 schools in the region received 55 new buses. They are distributed according to the needs of schools and the wishes of residents. This is just the beginning of the work. Systematic and coordinated work. School is the second home for a child. Our goal is to make it comfortable and safe.”
Ryazan schoolchildren from home to school and back in the 2022-2023 academic year are transported by 329 units of certified vehicles. The total number of transported children is 7,781 people.
