This is how the Bulvar Karbysheva metro station of the new Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya line will look like

The line itself is promised to open no earlier than 2027.

Or rather, two stations that will later become part of the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya line have already been opened – these are Delovoy Tsentr and Shelepikha, now part of the BCL (also, by the way, unfinished). And the rest of the stations will have to wait another five years.

In the meantime, renderings of the architectural design of the Bulvar Karbysheva station appeared. It will be located parallel to Marshal Tukhachevsky Street in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district, between the Narodnoye Opolchenie (interchange station) and Serebryany Bor stations.

It seems that the new station will look quite austere and will do without any special embellishments. Silvery track walls with orange accents, massive columns in the center of the hall, geometric ceiling. The lighting is interesting: the lamps stretch along the columns almost from floor to ceiling.

In addition to the already mentioned stations, three more stations will appear on the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya line: Lime Grove, Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye and Ilyinskaya. In the future, they want to connect this line with Biryulevskaya, which is also being built from scratch.
