During the few seconds of recording, laughter is heard from the young woman, who clarifies through a comment that she was laughing because she was extremely nervous and could not control it.

The bear sightings in the state of Nuevo León it occurs frequently, so Civil protection issued instructions addressed to the population reiterating recommendations in case they encounter one and thus avoid putting their life or that of the animal at risk. “Our state is bear country and we have to learn to coexist with them.”
