The movement of vehicles on the Crimean Bridge is temporarily suspended. This is stated in a message from the operational headquarters, published on the department’s telegram channel.
It is noted that the restriction is temporary, but its duration is currently unknown.
Drivers on the bridge and in the inspection area were urged to remain calm and act in accordance with the instructions of transport security officials.
The reasons for the suspension of traffic are not reported.
Retired Lieutenant General Evgeniy Buzhinsky previously statedthat the timing of the end of the special operation in Ukraine will largely depend on the results of the offensive of the Ukrainian troops. He expressed hope that the active phase of the conflict will end by the end of 2023.
