Dina Boluarte’s ‘visitor’: Wilfredo Oscorima met nine times with the president at the Government Palace

Four days later, the Prosecutor’s Office began preliminary proceedings for the alleged commission of the crimes of illicit enrichment and failure to declare.

“Before the Public Ministry, who by the way already notified me, I already appeared to my lawyers. I will be as always, telling the truth, not only to the Public Ministry, but to Peru in general,” he said.
