He clarified that the suspension that had been granted by the Superior Court of Justice, to annul García Sepúlveda’s license, became void once the former deputy prosecutor of the Public Ministry took office.

On November 29, in the presence of several disturbances, the State Congress achieved the appointment of Orozco Suárez with 25 votes in favor, 11 null and three abstentions.
