SRE issued a series of recommendations to assist Mexicans trapped in Israel

After the State of Israel declared war on the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas after attacking with rockets and hundreds of armed combatants in small towns near the Gaza Strip, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) issued a statement this Saturday afternoon series of messages to Mexicans in that country.
Through its official social media accounts, it called on compatriots who, whether for reasons of residence or tourism, are in Israel, to register or update their data in the Registration System for Mexicans Abroad (SIRME).
This with the objective of facilitating communication between the Government of Mexico and the Embassy of the Middle Eastern country. To do this, all you have to do is enter this link and follow the process.
“Attention! For Mexican people who are traveling or living in Israel, we provide you with the following link so that the Embassy can have your information and can be in communication with you:
📌 Attention! If you are in Israel, do you know what to do if emergency alarms go off?
Locate the nearest safe area in case you are in:

2️⃣ Outdoors.

For its part, the Embassy shared telephone numbers to provide any type of consular help: from Israel it is 054-316-6717 and from abroad it is +(972) 54-316-6717, as well as the email [email protected]
Finally, the SRE asked the Mexican community to remain alert to the developing events between the Gaza Strip and Israel.
