The governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gomez Alvarez accompanied Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo to one of her events as coordinator of the Committees in Defense of the Fourth Presidential Transformation in the entity.

The members of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) were captured with sympathizers and militants of the guinda party at a meeting held in the Jardín del Ranchito Hall, in the municipality of Tultepec. The national president of Morena, Mario Delgado Carrillo, also joined the visit.

The Morenista resumed her tours through the states of the Republic after suspending her visits due to the events that occurred in the state of warrior after the passage of Hurricane Otis, which left hundreds of damages and more than 40 dead. The former head of Government of Mexico City boasted on social networks about her meeting with the former Secretary of Public Education, whom she thanked for her dedication and conviction.

In her speech, the former president of the capital recognized the work of the governor, who is considered the first woman to hold the Mexican position, and, above all, removing the force of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) after 94 years leading the entity. She also highlighted that the Fourth Transformation Movement will continue in the following years, which is why she promised to support its work if she becomes president of the country in the next elections.
