Although it might seem like it is a great advantage to have a privileged view of the sea for this student community, in 2021 the school suffered damage, as one of its walls was affected by the swell and collapsed.

The swell in Petatlán also affected several businesses and homes, but no teacher or student was injured, since the perimeter fence fell while everyone was in online classes due to the coronavirus pandemic, according to the local media. Channel 6 Tecpan.

In Mexico, the convenience store chain Oxxo, owned by Femsa and known for its extensive presence with more than 17,000 stores throughout the country, is generating conversation due to two particular branches that stand out for their luxury design. Located in Acapulco and Puerto Vallarta, these stores not only offer diverse products but also provide a unique experience to their visitors, thanks to their spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and their interior design that invites comfort and enjoyment of the natural environment.

The branch located between Playa Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlán, in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, offers customers the opportunity to enjoy their food while contemplating the ocean from outdoor tables.

On the other hand, the Oxxo Bungy in Playa Condesa, Acapulco, is distinguished by its palapa-like design, allowing visitors to relax in an environment that combines the practicality of a convenience store with the beauty of the maritime landscape. Both branches have been highlighted by the chain itself through an initiative on social networks, encouraging its followers to debate which is the most attractive.
