In Taganrog, work is being completed on a section of a sewer collector with a diameter of 2000 mm, passing through the territory of the TANTK named after. Beriev. The head of the city administration, Andrei Fateev, announced this in his telegram channel.
625 meters of emergency pipeline have already been replaced at the site. At the same time, work continues on two more emergency sections with a total length of 976 meters, located on Galitsky Street. The renovations here are planned to be completed by the end of this year.
- Due to an emergency collector with a diameter of 1000 mm, residents of the Northern and Eastern districts of the city are having problems with water supply. “Vodokanal is reducing the pressure in the system to prevent the collapse of the emergency section,” explained the head of the city administration.
Let us remind you that this section runs along Malo-Pochtovaya and 1st Kotelnaya streets. This year it is planned to replace 124 meters. At the same time, the city Vodokanal has already replaced 90 meters of the said pipeline running along Malo-Pochtovaya Street with its own resources this summer.
Also, by the end of 2023, the emergency section of the collector with a diameter of 600 mm and a length of 200 meters, passing along Voykova Street, will be restored.
- I understand that there are inconveniences. Wear is high. It is impossible to solve the problem at once. But thanks to the support of the regional government, expensive repairs of emergency sections of networks do not stop, Andrey Fateev emphasized.
